Jay has gone out of his way to be available and to share his technical knowledge with me. He has enabled me to be more task efficient. It doesn't take much time with Jay before you realize he genuinely cares and will go out of his way to be helpful.

Jay, has accomplished more in his short time here than all the other ITs have in their years of service.

Jay, has done more for me in one hour than any other tech employees in all my years in the district. He is very knowledgeable, and has gone FAR above and beyond

Jay is always incredibly helpful and full of valuable knowledge! He makes things very accessible and easy to understand for those of us who find working with different platforms less intuitive. I have grown in my confidence working with technology in the classroom since Jay has been here.

Mr Rockensock, spent hours problem solving and finding a solution to a problem that four other professionals could not. He was relentless and unyielding to give up! After a long evening of work I had a fully functioning laptop, smart board, and workstation! Jay knows his stuff and is very good at it.

Jay does not quit until he figures out a solution to the problem!! He is always happy to help and has done more for the technology in our building than any past IT person.

Jay was helpful in setting up my computer for college. He patiently guided me through the installation of Office 365 and other essential apps. He also introduced me to the D2L platform and offered insightful suggestions for a normal daily routine.

Jay has a passion for helping others to succeed. His knowledge, optimism, and expertise are truly amazing. He has always made an effort to not only help with any technological problem or question, but also continually follows up. He will be energized to help anyone in need!

Jay has been the best Tech Support person that PMPS has had since I have been here. Jay responds to questions, emails, etc. promptly and efficiently. He has a positive attitude and wants to help solve all issues with ease. Jay has made working on my laptop, iPad, and SmartTV work so well and I finally feel like I have a good system in place with all of my technology due to Jay's help. I appreciate Jay and all that he does.

Jay has been valuable for PMPS staff the past two years. He is extraordinary at what he is able to do with his technology skills for us all, brings a positive attitude to everything he does, and is constantly checking to see what more he can do to help out. With the Mac device refresh, he has spent so much time making sure everyone feels comfortable. Jay is so appreciated by our staff!

I am forever indebted to you for all the wisdom and insight you shared with me this year. You were the only one able to figure out my troubling sound issue earlier and also instantly reached out to help me this week. You (Jay) are an outstanding part of our Sartell district!

Jay is exceptional with his technology skills. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient with setting up all of my technology. With device refresh, he has spent so much time making sure everyone feels comfortable with their new device and gets 1:1 support if needed. Jay not only solves problems but is constantly looking for ways to help teachers and students make what needs to be done, easier!! He has been a breath of fresh air and relief compared to other people we have had in this position!!! He was an excellent person to hire!!
